Occasionally, when you experience something I haven't seen before, I'll ask you to run "Collect Diagnostics".  

This zips up some game data and logfiles. You can inspect the zip file if you want to see exactly what's in it.  Please email this to support@epictable.com, along with a description of anything odd that happened, and I'll check it out.

CollectDiagnostics is available from the "application menu"--the menu under the EpicTable logo in the upper left of the ET window.

Out-of-game, it's also available from the Windows start menu, under "All Programs > EpicTable > Support and Updates".
